Welcome to the Joint Heirs Adult Bible Fellowship Website!

This website is a tremendous resource for you to get connected to the class and to other Joint Heirs.  You can find the audio recordings and printed notes of Tim’s lessons to use when you miss class, want to review, or share with a friend. 

Joint Heirs is one of many “Sunday School” classes you can attend at Shadow Mountain Church.  Our class is designed for you.  “Joint Heirs” is an expression that comes from Romans 8:17: “And if children, then heirs–heirs of God, and joint heirs with Christ” (NKJV).   In Joint Heirs you will hear the Word taught unvarnished and true–by a Teacher who cares not only about the accuracy of God’s Word, but also about each of you!

This website is a resource for you.  You will find contact information for other Joint Heirs, upcoming event information, ministry opportunities, and class member prayer requests.  Hopefully you will find this site very useful, but, more importantly, be sure to join us every Sunday as we study God’s Word and learn how we can apply it in our lives every day. 

Current Teaching: 1 Corinthians:

The Apostle Paul planted the church in Corinth and now, just a few years later, he was receiving questioning letters and reports of problems.  The church was troubled with division, lawsuits between believers, sexual sins, disorderly worship, and overall spiritual immaturity.  Paul wrote this uncompromising letter to confront and correct these Christians, answer their questions, and instruct them in several areas.  He warned them not to be conformed to the world around them, but rather, to live as godly examples, reflecting Christ-likeness in the midst of an immoral society.
