About Me: I am a native San Diegan and absolutely love it here, especially because my amazing family lives here (mom, dad, two younger brothers, a precious nephew, and an energetic Jack Russell Terrier).
I’ve been a part of Shadow Mountain’s Small Group Ministry since January 2008 and have been involved in other small group ministries since about 2002. This ministry is my passion—truly! The life-giving friendships I’ve made and the personal growth I’ve experienced through being a part of small groups have changed my life in wonderful ways. Small Groups for me have been a place of safety (I can be me…the good, the bad, the ugly), they’ve been a huge source of hope and support when I was going through the most difficult years of my life, and as I’ve struggled with my “growth areas,” I’ve received grace and encouragement, not condemnation or judgment. God’s love is tangible through the relationships formed in a small group. And what’s more, the things I’ve described here are just a few of the gifts I’ve experienced.
So, with all that said, when I can help others experience the blessings of being a part of a life-transforming small group, I get so excited! I believe most people don’t even know what they’re missing, but once you find it, you don’t want to lose it.

Hobbies/Interests: Time spent with my family & friends, being outdoors, reading, laughing!
Favorite food/dessert: Thai food and chocolate chip cookies!
