STUDY DESCRIPTION:

-          A 12-week study, encouraging women to daily read or listen to the chapter of the week and meditate on it.

-          An on-your-own/do-it-yourself study, following the study guide and schedule to help women be more confident reading and meditating in God’s Word.

-          Plan to talk with friends about what you read…text, phone, on a walk, in the car, in person, on social media, whatever will work for you!

-          The Theme: "Read it, Think it, Talk it"…and live it!

-          Why? Because we want to encourage you in personal Bible reading, meditation time and learn skills that give you Bible reading confidence. These skills can enrich learning in your Bible study classes, small group time, and looking up verses Pastor and other Bible teachers use in their messages.

"Meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.” Joshua 1:8

“Talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up.” Deuteronomy 6:5-7

Spring Study: Sermon on the Mount by Jen Wilkin

What does it mean to be a citizen of the kingdom of Heaven? The Sermon on the Mount articulates what the life of a Christ follower should look like, asking us the same questions it posed to its original hearers: How should a disciple relate to sin? To others? To the Law? How does a disciple think, speak, and act? In this study, examine the words of Jesus in-depth as He challenges us to think differently about repentance, salvation, and sanctification.
